Throughout my life, I felt lost. I wanted to be healthy and feel confident, but didn’t know how to get there. Even throughout my struggles with anorexia, I felt lost. I went through inpatient twice without any progress. Every single time that I went in, I walked out more terrified of food than when I walked in.
As a result, I was left struggling for many years. Some years I did better than others, but eventually I ended up in the same hole. And this time, due to hospital guidelines and health insurance, and new financial circumstances, I was unable to get the help that I needed.
While I could have given up, I didn’t. And here I am despite the odds. Truth be told, you never know what’s in your road or what YOU can become if you don’t give up.
So whether you are looking to lose weight, eat more, and/or increase your variety (due to food fears), I got you back.
I have both the knowledge & experience to help you with bettering your life and getting what you want.
Credentials
While at the University of Vermont, I studied: Biochemistry of Human Disease, Molecular Endocrinology, Genetics, D1:Racism & Health Disparities , Sports Nutrition, Comparative Physiology, Fundamentals of Nutrition, Psychology, Nutrition in the Lifecycle, Food & Culture, Functional Foods, etc.
I was awarded the Hannah Howard Award for the student with the highest GPA at commencement & became a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
Experience
I grew up with both a Type 1 Diabetic & someone with many food allergies: including corn, bananas, avocado, etc.
I struggled with anorexia for ten years. In 2009 and 2010 I was inpatient. I’ve done everything from calorie counting to exchanges to macro-nutrient counting.
When left on my own, I reverse dieted and overcame many food fears on my own.

Grocery Shopping Tips
- I remember feeling so overwhelmed at the grocery store and wanting to try new foods and yet I felt so awkward picking up each item one at a time-not knowing what the ingredients were and/or whether I’d like them. I hated it!
- One other thing that I struggled with was the cost of healthier items. Let me show you my tricks to saving at the store.
- How Can I Help? So I’d love to discuss some of my favorites with you and help you find some new foods to try. By the end of our coaching, expect to find new foods that you can easily incorporate into your routine and stress less when shopping at the stores.
Improving Your Nutrition
- In my journey, I felt that many gave meal plans to me without the support. Oftentimes I was told to increase my calories by A LOT all at once. I felt really intimidated and let’s keep it real, oftentimes it only lasted a day or so.
- How Can I Help? I can help you and provide more support as I’ve been there and done that before. I can help you take the steps to increase your variety, to lose weight, and/or to add more food into your day. If you sign up for coaching, I will provide you with my e-mail and I will check in with you throughout the week.

- I used to be so OVERWHELMED when it came to finding new recipes. I felt like many of them didn’t meet my macro goals and/or nutritional needs and preferences. Over time, I became a pro.
- How Can I Help? Let me help you find new recipes to try and find ways to adapt them to your PREFERENCES and MACRO/CALORIE/EXCHANGE goals.

Let’s talk. This coaching is unlike others… it’s personalized for you. I will never throw out a meal plan for you to follow as that’s not going to help in the long term. What I will do is talk with you, figure out what you need and then give you a one of a kind program personalized and priced according to what you need…nothing more. In between sessions, you will have unlimited email access and unwavering support. And at the end of the sessions, my goal is for you to be able and capable of doing this in your life without my help. For me, coaching is just a way to get you confident in yourself and knowledgable enough to push yourself. That’s my goal.

Perk: This program is longer term and is discounted. If you choose to stick with me for at least 3 months, I believe that you will be 10x farther than you ever imagined. And when completely done with my services, I intend for you to be able to do this on YOUR own. (That’s my goal!)

Description: Want to get healthier, but unable to afford a long-term program? I get it, as I was in that boat. I wanted help and oftentimes I would get so frustrated by all these health coaching programs that told me that I needed to make an investment in myself. (I get it… you can’t put yourself into debt.) Sometimes you just need a little bit of help… one that you CAN afford.
This program Includes:

Perk: This is a shorter program and is more affordable. You can schedule whenever you need help.
