Scrolling through Pinterest today and I found this gem, “if your mind has been trying to tell you something for awhile, take the time to site and listen. That little thing in your mind that keeps showing up is telling you it’s important. It is telling you to take action.” Amazing, huh?
Fact is I’ve felt like this way many times in my life, but oftentimes I was stuck. I didn’t know where to start in regards to my actions.
I wanted to be healthy, but I wasn’t sure how. And I wanted to be better than I was yet I felt overwhelmed by all I had to do to get the life that I wanted.
And that’s often the case with anyone looking to make a lifestyle change. You know exactly what you want, but you are unsure or stuck.
So then why am I sharing this?
Because as stuck as you feel today, fact is you aren’t. You can change your life in this moment in time, just by making a small step in the right direction.
Will you get there tomorrow?
Probably not. But that’s why important to take it one step at a time and just keep trudging on. (That’s the technique I’ve used and done!)

I know that oftentimes it’s the hardest part to keep trudging on when everything is going wrong, but just keep your chin up. Do your best and then do better… see what’s next in your road.

Why am I sharing this? Just because I’ve been there before. I’ve cried myself to sleep. I’ve had days where I felt like I’d never get anywhere and days where I felt hopeless and out of place. And fact is, I’d never get to where I am today by giving up. Oftentimes it was just one foot in front of the other and what I could do. So just a reminder that #wegotthis and that you are never alone. Let’s just do what we can today and do better as we never know what’s next in our road.

Amazing quote, huh? I think so. Because you know what…anything good in my life came from feeling the fear, saying why not, and doing it anyways.

It was never easy, and oftentimes I felt like a failure taking the steps to do so. Oftentimes I felt like my small steps and what I was capable of doing was so silly and stupid… sometimes my family and friends thought so too. But what it all comes down to is this… sometimes those silly and stupid miniscule challenges do make a difference. So do what you can. Do it as well as you can. And tomorrow do even better than the day before.💗 (my little Michele ism😌)
