So a few days into the New Year, and yet I’m going in with the same mentality as last. That is, I’m trying to make the most of my life despite what had happened in the past.
And that’s just it, sometimes we need to make the most of our mistakes in order to live our best lives now. And today, I’m sharing a few of the things I’m currently working on along with how.

#2: Drink More Water & Less Coffee!
I don’t know if I ever told you this, but I once had esophageal ulcers (probably from the mix of stress and coffee!) . If you haven’t had them, they are EXTREMELY painful and they are typically treated with medication. Well long story short, I refused to take medication long-term. I researched quite a bit and found that kombucha could be beneficial.*
With nothing to lose, I tried it. And since including kombucha into my day-to-day life, I haven’t experienced ANY ulcers!
With that being said, I still want to drink more water and drink less coffee. So this year, I’ve been using my Healthy Human 40 oz tumbler and have been filling it up with water. Sometimes, I cut some fruit to add to it, just to give it a bit of flavor!
#3: Getting Organized
Last year I re-decorated my room and got organized with containers from the Container Store. (Check it Out Here!) Almost a year later, and my room is still organized (the longest it’s ever been)!
So now it’s a matter of getting everything else organized… I can’t wait to share some tips!
#4: My Start Up Project: It’s Going to Happen Soon!
A year ago I had some ideas and then a few months ago I started acting on them. It’s taking much longer than I hoped, but I am SO excited to show you once they happen.
So there you have it, a few of the things that I’m working on (since 2017.) If you’ve been following me a while, you can see that everything you want to accomplish takes time. Small steps and hard work have gotten me to where I am today, and I hope that the same small steps get you where you want to be as well.

Fitness for sure! I keep up with eating good but it’s the working out that gets me. I just need push myself on that.
Also, to start blogging and growing it. I find it soothing and exciting!
